1. Who we are

baliprivatedrivertour.com is operated by Bali Premium Trip, part of Juara Holding Group, based in Bali, Indonesia. In this policy "we" means Bali Premium Trip.

2. What we collect when you browse

The site has no accounts, no comment forms and no contact forms. We do not ask for your name or email to read it.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, device and browser. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time and page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

3. What we collect when you book

Bookings happen on WhatsApp, or by email if you write to us. We receive what you send: your name, phone number, travel dates, pickup location, group size, the ages of any children needing a seat, flight details for airport pickups, and any requests.

We use it only to plan your route, quote, arrange the vehicle and driver, and contact you about the booking.

4. Who we share it with

Your driver, and where a partner vehicle is used, the licensed partner operator, receive what they need to do the job: your name, pickup point and time, phone number and group size.

WhatsApp (Meta), Google (Analytics, Fonts) and our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf as part of running the site and service. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

5. Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and our network sites open services with their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies

The only cookies set for visitors are Google Analytics cookies. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works fully without them.

7. How long we keep it

Booking conversations are kept for as long as needed to deliver the tour and handle any follow-up, then for up to two years for our records unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022).

9. Children

The site is not directed at children. Details about children travelling with you are used only to arrange suitable seats and routes.

10. Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
